Limited, (paints and oils); Gouroci, Ropework Company,
(canvas: ani rope); Lincoln and Bennett, (hate); Mander
Brothers, (olaina water paint); Mappin & Tebb Limited,
(alverware); A. G. Spalding and Bros, (sports gear);
J. and R. Temment, limited, ("r" beer and stout); Lotus
and Delta shoes.
at the Fair Lane, Crawford & Company shewed an
exquisite display of Nappin & Webb's ailverware and
plate, the Gourock, Ropework Company's canvas; and other
splendid examples of British manufacture.
"nice" and "ve"
An interesting stall in the Fair was that of "Eunice"
the English dress designer.
It consisted of a beautiful
drape of exquisite English fabric and an original evening
gown, the details of which were kept a secret until the
Fair opened. All material e used were Empire products.
The popular "Eve" establishment in the Asiatic
Petroleum Company building on Queen's Road was reproduced
in ainiature.
The Dairy Fara, Ice and Cold Storage Company's
pro ucts hold pride of place in Hongkong.
